‘Much better than Joe’

I am in no way comparing myself to Joe Wicks, but some people love HIIT and some just don’t.  HIIT is great to get kids moving, quickly, keep them motivated, changing pace and being active.  HIIT is great for people who have little time and enjoy working really hard and fast.  Many people do not like this type of exercise!  This is a testament to working hard but not having to do things hard and fast if you don’t enjoy it.
