Follow Mount Pleasant Hill all the way down until you hit the canal. Once there, you will see the benches on the bend of the canal and this is where I start the classes. Easier to meet and for me to say hi before getting going. If you’re coming from Lea Bridge Road – once at the canal, you can see the bend in the canal towards the housing development too.
I am looking to get a space sorted out so my classes at the moment are weather dependent! I know you guys probably don’t like working out in the rain (I don’t), but if there is an interest, I will continue to do classes in the rain if the demand is there. (Maybe my mental health is not in full tact right now to be making that statement!?)
1:1 classes are also in the park at the moment – my 1:1 sessions will be focussed more on bodyweight as I work in the park, however I do have limited equipment that I can carry with me.
If anyone has any suggestions of spaces for me to look into, I am open to all suggestions! Unfortunately my new nursing job has taken up my life mostly which has stopped me being able to address all the business goals I would like – but hey, if you have a space, I’m open!

1:1 sessions – by appointment only – Rough guide £40 per session – but dependent upon demand/need/small group price may vary.
